Precomputed Input Files
Curated GAM and TMB matrices derived from AACR Project GENIE (MSK and DFCI cohorts, v15)
and TCGA. Files can be downloaded for offline use or loaded directly in the
analysis tool via the precomputed dataset selector.
Each dataset provides four files: GAM missense, GAM truncating, TMB missense, TMB truncating.
